Our popular seasonal gin features orange blossom hand picked from Narromine NSW, and was awarded a Gold Medal at the 2025 Australian Gin awards. It was the flagship gin created for Rene Redzepi's NOMA pop-up restaurant in Sydney back in 2016 and has since been a favourite of gin lovers all over the country.
