At Stone Pine Distillery we are passionate about distilling. Since 2008 we have been bringing our unique range of spirits and liqueurs to Bathurst and beyond. Our distilling philosophy is simple: use high quality raw materials and keep processing to a minimum, in order to showcase the natural flavours - we never use additives or preservatives.

We are particularly interested in the use of Australian native ingredients, featured in our Native Range, which offer a wide range of flavours not typically found in other spirits. Our flagship Dry Gin epitomises this, with five native botanicals sourced from various parts of Australia. This is complemented by our Classic and Seasonal Ranges, which offer some old favourites as well as some innovation.
