Distillery
The distillery is situated between the Merembra
homestead and the orchard, on the site of the
old stable block. It is entirely open plan, so that
you can view the distillery and learn about the
process, while sampling the products at the bar.

The centrepiece of the distillery is the 500 litre
copper and stainless steel still, manufactured to
our specifications in Tasmania. It is known as a
reflux still, due to the trays in the column, which
allow us to make high purity distillates in a single
batch.

This means that we can make a wide variety of
products, from gin, rum and vodka, to liqueurs
such as apple schnapps.
